Yesterday Ariana & Joan were going through all the old family photos. She updated us on Instagram. She posted some really cute pictures of her with Joan, Nonna, Frankie and her dad Edward. Now, there are some great modern pop stars out there, but there’s only one Ariana Grande. The singer and actress stands out for a myriad of reasons. However, the biggest is her undeniable talent. She’s got a voice on par with the likes of Mariah Carey and Whitney Houston. There aren’t any bells and whistles. This girl can really belt out a melody with the best of them. Her immense, inimitable vocal prowess carried “The Way”, featuring Mac Miller, to gold sales and over 30 million views on YouTube. It’s a testament to the fact that the public will respond to this kind of God-given prowess. She put in the work though. Ariana’s been a presence among teens as Cat Valentine on the smash hit Nickelodeon show Victorious. Now though, “The Way” is everywhere. You hear it in the mall and, if you’re a member of Equinox fitness clubs, they play it there at least once an hour. Not only has she appealed to the younger set, but because of that huge voice, she’s garnering an older audience as well. That crossover doesn’t happen very often. It’s a magical thing, and it’s deserved for Grande. “The Way” is the catchiest jam of the summer, and it’s breezy energy is more than a propos for beach season.The world will really get to experience how wonderful Ariana is once she drops her full album for Republic Records though. It’s looming on the horizon, and it’s undoubtedly going to be the pop event of the year. Mark our words, the moment that hits, Ariana will be the queen of pop, and we can’t wait.
She’s got the talent, she’s got the work ethic, and she’s got the style. She’s Ariana Grande, and that’s all she needs to be.

Yesterday (May 19th), Ariana went to the Billboard Music Awards 2013. Different people interviewed her on the blue carpet; above you can watch an interview with Billboard. There’s also something really exciting in the interview… the date of release of Ariana’s album has been set!! A few weeks ago she said it would come out in late August/early September,but now the date is set and we know that her album will come out in late August (she didn’t announce the exact date yet).
